Punch, kick, knee, elbow – our Ladies Muay Thai Kickboxing classes are a tough one hour, total body workout that will push you to your limit.
You’ll learn practise new techniques before hitting the pads and bags. Good fun and great cardio – our classes are popular with anyone who wants to get fit but and find classic gym workouts a little boring and hard to get motivated for.
