We have a range of bootcamp style classes that mix intense cardio-exercise with tough circuits designed to torch body fat and build a stronger, leaner looking body.
Perfect for anyone bored of the gym and looking for a class with the social help to push through a grueling workout and who want to see RESULTS!
Our classes are held everyday and a great workout.
Monday to Friday from 9:30 for an hour and on Saturday mornings at 12pm (which is the exact same time as our kids martial arts class which makes it perfect for mums)!
During each and every sessions you’ll start with a through warm-up to get your body temperature up, work through a range of dynamic exercises before moving onto the main exercises.
In-and-out in just an hour you don’t have to worry about motivation – just turn up – and we’ll do the rest to push, encourage and motivate you through the workout.
Good fun, a great workout and always interesting – our bootcamp style fitness classes are a great start to the day.
