Using a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training and high-intensity-intervals, circuit training is an excellent calorie burner, great for fat loss and the perfect way to get a lot of training done in a short period of time.
Exercising for short burst before moving onto the next exercise, circuit training is a great way to build strength and cardiovascular fitness plus the variety keeps monotony at bay!
We run a variety of short, high intensity fitness sessions throughout the week from Monday to Saturday. Some are ladies only and the others are open to men and women age 16 and above.
Circuit Training classes:
- Ladies only morning fitness class
- Mixed morning fitness class
- Lunchtime fitness class
- Ladies Saturday circuit training
Remember that all of our classes are high intensity and excellent for cardiovascular training.
So if a ‘strict’ fitness class isn’t for you and you fancy something a little different then enquire about our Muay Thai, Boxing or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA classes.
You don’t need to be a fighter to get involved and learn any of these martial arts.
